Shirley M Mier

In the summer of 2017, Shirley was chosen to work as an Assistant Director on Alpha Epsilon Psi's production of Much Ado About Nothing, which was put on at The Vonnie Borden Theatre on SLU's campus. 

In the Spring semester of 2018, Shirley arranged the opportunity to pursue an Independent Study in Directing under SLU professor Chad Winters. She chose "Quoth the Raven" by Adam Hoffman and created a bare bones production for the purpose of developing a directing style. Hers was the first ever collegiate production of Hoffman's script.

In the Fall semester of 2018, Shirley had the amazing opportunity of working as an Assistant Director on the premier production of "Dracula" written and directed by James Winter at Southeastern Louisiana University 

In 2019, she was the Assistant Director to Elisabeth Odom-Dalton for a production of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged by authors name at 30 by Ninety Theatre in Slidell, Louisiana
